Depression is an ugly and insidious co-pilot. The passing of Robin Williams can only emphasize that it does not discriminate between rich and poor...that sometimes the bodys imbalances can render even the most celebrated helpless and hopeless. As a lifelong sufferer of depression myself, I thank the Lord above that I have been able to manage the ups and downs relatively well through a willingness to seek assistance from professionals when my inner strength fades. I truly believe that without horses my struggle would have proven insurmountable. They have been my strength, solice, and joy through some very challenging times. I cant wait to get to NM and share my experiences with others who are needing the healing power of horses.
