Do you listen to music when you meditate? Join us TONIGHT for a NEW CLASS at YogaFresh: Moving into Meditation with Kathy at 7pm. In this class, you will explore the benefits of yoga and meditation to deepen your practice and enrich your life. We will begin with basic yoga postures and breathing techniques to relax the body and mind to prepare for a guided meditation. When practiced regularly, meditation can provide many physical, psychological and spiritual benefits such as reducing stress and improving physical and mental wellness. This class is a great introduction to mindfulness for beginners and is also appropriate for an experienced practitioner who wishes to revitalize his/her practice. We have everything you will need, so just arrive a few minutes early to set up & wear comfy clothes (layers are good).
