Auditions Dates and Times: January 26 and 27 from 7pm-9pm Location: Las Vegas Little Theatre 3920 Schiff Drive All Roles are Available. Stephen Wheeler - Thirty. Has achieved success as an architect, but hasnt achieved fulfillment. Drew Paley - Late twenties to thirty. Gay artist, gaining popularity in the art world, but is currently suffering a dry spell. Uses honesty as a weapon. Phoebe Kidde - Late twenties to thirty. Extremely competent at her Wall Street firm, but cannot reconcile anything in her personal life, especially her Bernie Madoff-like ex-husband. Peter Kidde - Late twenties to thirty. Television producer, hiding the fact that he is sick. Brother to Phoebe. Ellen - Twenties. Waitress/actress, a little too open and eager in her person-to-person interactions. May Logan - Fifty to sixty. Homeless woman. Unfiltered when off her meds. Must play convincing schizophrenia. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Headshots and resumes will be accepted, but not required. What happens when the success for which youve longed and struggled doesnt bring you the fulfillment that you actually need? Set in 1988, five New Yorkers are given a much-needed jolt in their lives by a homeless woman off her medication, yelling obscenities in a restaurant. Eastern Standard follows the consequences of their encounter to answer the questions - How much control do we actually have in our lives? What do we do when were given the opportunity to change? Performance Dates: March 13 - 29, 2015 with performances on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm.
