Enjoy this choco creamy treat!!! INGREDIENTS: Cocoa Layer: 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2cup sugar Agar Agar-1/2 Pack (soaked) 2 cups milk. Creamy layer: 2 cups thick coconut milk. Cream- 1 cup Milk maid-4-5 Tablespoons 1Cup Milk 1/4 cup sugar Agar Agar -1/2Pack (soaked) Vanilla Essence -3-5 drops Cocoa Layer: 1.Boil milk and add in the sugar. Then add in the cocoa powder. Stir well and taste. Add more sugar if you want sweeter. Now slowly add agar agar. Stir until powder dissolve. Then pour in mold. Let it cool. Coconut Layer: 1.Boil coconut milk, milk, and sugar.When the milk boils simmer it and add milkmaid, fresh cream and vanilla essence.Now slowly add agar agar Stir until dissolve. Now pour over somewhat harden coffee layer. Let cool and place in refrigerator. Cut it into cubes and Serve cold!!! This dish is very healthy and removes body heat during summer !!!
