VJM’s quartet of Shiao, Jo, Derrick and Manish all netted home one goal each as the latter made a comeback following a 1-month break for the home side. Meanwhile, Pacifire lost 3-5 at home to AC Fate in another high scoring thriller. AC Fate remains top of FPPL SAT with this latest result. FPPL SUN 2014/15 Division 2 Round 18 Team 89 beat Venganza 3-1 to make it 9 win out of 10 and move clear at the top of FPPL SUN Division 2 with a whopping 28 points. Venganza, giant killers who had just beaten Farrer Park United in their previous game, took the early lead just 3 minutes into the game. However Team 89’s Captain Yi Hang equalized after some determined play by the visitors. Top scorer Mok’s brace then ensured all 3 points for the current league leaders in a hard fought 1-3 victory.
