FURLOUGHS ARE TARGETED FOR AN EARLY END!!!!! The Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) announced that the furloughing of many of the 800,000 Federal Employees due to the infamous and harmful automatic budget cuts — known as the sequester — is coming to an END August 16th! This piss poor action, one that negatively affected a vast many within the federal rank-and-file (myself included) reduced our pay by 32 labor hours/month! There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and I am appreciative and energized by the prompt actions by the SECDEF. We now return your Federal workforce back to their regular scheduled programs! Cheeeeeee!
