Father, We gather with many needs today Lord, but you know that already. You ask us to come and humble ourselves before you and to leave our burdens and cares with you. Lord, we come, thankful for the fact that we are not alone. We are thankful that you know what is best for each of us and you give us only your best...you do not give your children leftovers or crumbs. You provided a ram for Abraham and manna for your children...as you turned a few fishes and loaves of bread into more than enough for thousands, we are coming before your throne and asking for your provision today. We trust and believe that you know what each of us needs. Please provide for those who are in need of financial help. Please provide comfort for the grieving. Please provide for those who need jobs. Please provide for those who need physical, emotional, mental or spiritual healing... whether its for themselves, or for their loved ones. Please provide hope for those who feel desolate and numb. Please provide guidance and direction for those who feel lost and confused. Please provide peace and restoration for those whose lives are shattered. Please help the many that need to learn to forgive themselves and others. Please provide freedom for the abused, the oppressed, the persecuted. Please restore what the enemy has stolen from so many. Please provide for every unspoken need. Lord, by ourselves we are nothing, but because of Jesus we are heirs to the Kingdom. Help us to leave behind the things that drag us down and keep us from living as you intended. Help us to die to our old nature. We ask that you grant us spiritual gifts and bless us, so we might be a blessing to others. Help us to put you daily in your rightful place on the throne of our lives. Help us to cease striving and know that you are God...The Beginning and End ...and nothing is too hard for you. May we all walk in the assurance that you have heard our cries and you will provide our every need... according to your will... and in your timing, which is always best. We love you Lord.
