Fitness challenge - Day 18 Thursday 15 January 2015 I did some Yoga XT for 10mins and 50 push-ups. Today was just one of those days where timing and life dont synchronise and I didnt get a full workout in. Im actually surprised that it has first happened on day 18 and not sooner. In days gone by I would have been irritated by missing a workout and made excuses for it - I could have planned my day better, I should have done it in the morning etc etc but you know what, it doesnt matter. I missed one workout. So what! No. Big. Deal. Life goes on people and sometimes there are more important things in life such as comforting an upset child, listening to your partner vent about a bad day or your body just tells you NO! As I said on day one....fitness needs to fit in with the rest of my life. Five days coca cola free :-)
