Food for the thought *One afternoon girls said we hungry. I didnt have anything in our pantry and all i had was $14. I decided to use last money to act like wasnt anything to worry about. Went Taco Bell, Angélica Ramírez Santiago got tacos i think and Julissa Negron got a quesadilla. We came home i go to the restroom while they both eat. Got out of the restroom and Julissa looked all done, I asked her if she ate it all and she smile in a grinding mischevious worrying way then i asked again, did you eat it all already? she answer...no mom i eat only half so i can have some for tomorrow. Broke my heart and I hold my tears while hugging her. *One Christmas we were cooking and suddently lights went out, food still uncooked and all i heard from the livingroom was Angelica voice saying ma we can just light candles and tell scary stories while waiting like a family and we did. So little but already with family values. *Julissa was 7 or 8 yrs old and we was at this huge center with over 300 participants for a talent auditions. When her turn came up she decided to model and you could tell she tried her best. Unfortunate after the audition ended they ask a lot of children to step outside and while going thru the door they handle them with a envelope that she read and addresed that she wasnt one of the chosen ones but thanks for trying. After my heart squeezed i see her fearless face and her chin up saying out loud and I quote...They dont know what talent is I was fascinated with her aptitud and confidence so much that i couldnt cry. *Sometime in May i confess to my daughters a big thing that recently happen to me that changed my life forever but i didnt want to share it with them for fear of disappointing them but after I told them both of them at separate ocassions told me the same thing and i quote...Ma, is nothing in this word that you can do that would make us disappointed of you, I love you and nothing will ever change that. Why im sharing this silly times and silly quotes? Because we use each day to prepare our selfs for global massive successes that nobody know for certain if there will ever occur but ironically we are (wasting) using each day for tomorrow while we have so many oportunities to live and appreciate every single day especially with those that matter the most. Plan for your future but leave a little space from each day to create and to cherish with those ones that really matter at your Right Now because tomorrow its uncertain.
