For all you lazy submaximumers... We have had some talk on the Facebook site about people doing Metafit back to back in their training, we really want to discourage this. If you are working flat out you can not do consecutive HIIT sessions and shouldnt anyway as this negates from the physical benefits. We have had various athletes, some professional complete our workout and from sprinters to mma fighters they have all come out obliterated after 20mins and in need of recovery, most of us are not as fit as an athlete who has been paid to do their sport, so why should we be any different? Remember the fittest people can do more and therefore should be even more exhasusted, so doing consecutive sessions doesnt mean you are fit. It just means you didnt work hard enough
