For everyone that purchased the MASCARA: Tips on application.... (THIS IS KEY: here is a great video that shows how EASY it is to apply the 3D fiber lash mascara!!) Best application: 1. Put gel on (layer well and cover all of your lashes) immediately... 2. Put the Fibers. Cover your lashes really well. 3. WAIT. Let that eye have some time to dry. I will usually wait 30 seconds. 4. SEAL the fibers on with the second coat of gel. Cover completely. 5. Repeat for a 2nd coat or hit just the tips to get the added length! (If you dont let it dry after putting on the fibers it will not be as effective!) THIS IS THE BEST MASCARA!
