For once, Im in the position to question the credibility of The Malaysian Insider. Been in Beijing myself for a total of 45 days to assist the family members of MH370 and knowing the exact situation there, I can say that The Malaysian Insiders reporting and allegations against Malaysia Airlines of mistreating the family members in China are total rubbish. Reporting what ever said without a proper investigation has become such a norm for sites like this just because they have the support of majority Malaysians for going against the Malaysian government. But do remember that 98% of those handing the family members there are Malaysia Airlines staffs and not government officials. They were the same people who were also sent to Amsterdam to assist the dutch families with MH17. Why is it that families from the rest of the world have different opinion about the same staffs than to those families in China? Think. I wish I could defend all the allegations with the truth and picture evidence I have, but unfortunately Im not allowed to. I am not defending the government of Malaysia or the people of China because im not in the situation to judge about what happen to MH370. But when the service and assistance provided by us in Malaysia Airlines to the families out there are questioned, it is not fair to listen to one part of the story. You have no idea what it took to handle Beijing .
