For those in a challenge, let these words be your spoken word: Right now I stop. I stop whatever I am doing and breathe. In this moment I remind myself that I am a child of the Universe. I am a child of the Universe. I was made and created from and through the Love which is God. This great, magnificent and extraordinary creative power & presence has already created EVERYTHING I need or want or desire. This experience I am having reminds me to become aware of God. This experience is reminding me to become aware of the divine potential of health, balance and freedom, peace and resolve. I have heard and read stories of miracles...of others spiritual quickening which releases them from any ill, negativity or lack...and right now I concentrate on my knowledge of God - and I pray; Dear God, my angels, archangels, masters and teachers, my brother, teacher and friend Jesus; please surround me in your loving Light, fill my fears with your love, peace and faith. Please let me see what is mine to see in order to release this experience. Let me forgive all who I feel have wronged me, and let all who feel wronged by my hand, forgive me. Help me to listen and to hear Your still small voice deep with in me, and to follow it. I believe I can feel Your presence, I believe I can know what is mine to do, to say, to take action upon. I believe you lead me only through love, and I believe love is what heals any situation. Thank you for courage, strength and the ability to know when to rest, when to move, when to speak, when to listen. I surrender this experience to Your Love. I now receive your health, your sacred balance, your wisdom and your peace - as me. Thank you God, and so it is.
