For those who believe that the Grand Jury refusal to vote a true - TopicsExpress

For those who believe that the Grand Jury refusal to vote a true bill of indictment was a sham; that the case was presented by the prosecutors office with the intention not to have an indictment issue, remember that the federal civil rights violation investigation is still open. It is a second avenue of approach which worked to bring the murderers of the three civil rights workers killed on June 21, 1964 - James Chaney, Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner to judgment. I do expect that the result will be the same. President Obama is speaking now against violence as a reaction. Rather, he is lecturing not leading. I am watching hoodied, masked protesters damaging police cars and fomenting violence. The presidents words will not fall on listening ears. Those who respect the system whether or not they agree with the outcome act appropriately. Those who do not respect the system resort to violence and use the decision as an excuse to vandalize, do damage, and otherwise violate the law. The agitators will not listen to Michael Browns parents who have been asking for peaceful demonstrations or to the President of the United States who is asking for non-violence. How dare people ignore the wishes of Michael Browns parents who, no matter what the circumstances of the shooting, have lost their son, which is tragic. Shame!
