For those who dont watch HoC debates or Questions, this is usually what happens every time an SNP or Plaid MP asks a question or makes a statement. In fact its usually worse because even fewer people watch those ordinary debates than watch PMQs - so we get 6 SNP and 2 Plaid MPs being howled at by 60+ Labour, a dozen LibDem, and 15-20 Home Counties Tory MPs who were born in Scotland or have Scottish ancestors (correct - the latter just dont get it). The media doesnt report this abuse and undemocratic, bully boy behaviour, so they get away with it.
