Gene Strong has asked me to update with no sugar coating. His main artery that feeds three major arteries has a 95% blockage with a blood clot in the middle of it. His blood counts are dangerously low. Open heart surgery would be optimal, but the surgeon wont do it because he couldnt survive it. Medications cant be used because its so severe. Tomorrow he will have surgery to try to place stints in the artery. The risks are extremely high, during and after surgery, of hemorrhaging. I ask you to pray with me, calling on Gods promises: God, we ask that your will be done. We want Genes health to be restored. We ask that you guide the surgeons hands. We ask that Gene feel peace and that he know Your presence. Thank you for all that you do, and all that you are doing. Amen.
