God is great!!! I got my CAT SCAN!! Yesterday and they called me back this morning, they told me 3 to 5 biz days but they called this morning and my heart dropped, lol Lol I said lay it on me and she said my kidneys, bladder, gal bladder liver lungs, everything internal is flawless!!!! Yeyyyyy!! Thats a huge load off now I know Im healthy in the inside. But the pain in my abdomen was an Umbilical Hernia so yes I have a Hernia, its only uncomfortable bending and certain movements, so that means No more heavy lifting, lite weight and Squeeze an high reps for me here on out. But Im not going to let it stop me. My doctor said I was healthy as !!!BULL!!! And to keep working out everyday like I do. Im just Glad it wasnt nothing crazy or fatal, thank you God!!! So my message to all my Friends is GET CHECKED!! Dont assume you are fine. Now I know my insides are good. Thank you for all the prayers love u all.
