Grrrrrrrrr I hate the outcome of today .....so truly hate it .....after 3 months of complaining about a sore foot and on feeling a pop y dumb stupid gp purely went off past problems telling me I have planter fasciitis ... Finally saw a podiatrist who ordered another ultrasound and an X-ray .....results I have 2 broken bones in my foot !!! Getting a MRI on Tuesday and depending on that outcome results in how long I am going to have to wear cast !! Thank goodness I have an awesome trainer who has suggested question everything , ask for reports show me them so I can show your physio and then lets go from there ..... Seriously I trust my trainer and my physio so much more than I do my gp or podiatrist ....6 weeks in a cast really ? When I can run , jump skip ,play netball with NO pain .... But yet I can sit on the lounge for a hour an not be able to walk after that ....then I feel pain have I mentioned Grrrrrrrrrrr?
