Havent had pot roast since my mom made it for us as kids. I never liked it. Jamie likes it and has been asking me to cook it. Well he is so good to me I broke down and made it. Not like my mom did (in a plastic bag) but in the crockpot with fresh carrots and potatoes not canned. Made it with a packet of beef gravy and ranch dressing mix. OMG it was so good. Sorry mom, but this melted in my mouth. YUMMY!
