Hey, Challengers. Looking for a workout for today to get your movement point? Here are two options. One mellow, one all out. You wont need any equipment. Just yo bad self. Do your best for where you are right now. If you pick one, post a photo! (Remember to warm up with some dynamic stretching.) Mellow... 10 Wide Table Push Ups 10 Squats (of your choice; plie, suitcase, standard, etc. or switch it up) 10 Close In (Triceps) Table Push Ups 10 Alternating Lunges (front and/or reverse) Repeat 10x. (Should take you 10-15 minutes) All out... 25 jumping jacks 10 Wide to Triceps Push Ups* (Do a wide pushup then walk your hands under your shoulders and do a narrow push-up. Then walk back to wide and do a wide push-up. Do 5 of each making 10.) 10 Jump Squats 10 Wide to Triceps Push Ups* 10 Jump Lunges 10 Burpees *Perform push ups on your toes or knees, whichever is best for you. Repeat 10x (Should take you 30-45 minutes, depending on breaks) Give yourself a few stretches where you need them afterwards, and remember to take breaks. Neither are a race, and both require all of your effort. So regain that energy when your body says to do it. Go, team!
