I REALLY like this article for two main reasons: 1. It emphasizes the importance of having a three tier approach to improving your body composition. Correctly structured eating and properly places resistance training and "fat targeting, muscle sparing cardio" are better than just one or two alone. 2. The exercises focus on double compound movements that mimic more real life movements that also engage the total core throughout and not just abs, etc. This is very much like how I teach and train my own clients.
