I am SO ready for this carseat safety week to be over. All of the extended RF groups are pushing RF til they outgrow the seat for it. I am ALL for carseat safety, but I am not a nazi. I switched most of mine by 18 months, if not sooner. With a DVD player and multiple older kids, the fits that ensued were more of a distraction than anything. Id rather drive more focused than stressed. And since we are on the road a ton, being able to see my kid eating food in the car (and handing the food/dropped items) makes my car sides more efficient. :) That said, if you extend RF, more power to you and no hard feelings. Mine are all safely strapped into their seats FF in a booster/5 point harness.
