I am at fault for being too aggressive in terms of relaying my concerns, thats something I wholeheartedly concede to. I still will not agree with the 2-1 concession, but what I will agree on is that I did sound belligerent and that raised a few eyebrows in the end. Dapat mas diplomatic na lang sana yung pagsabi mo, kahit ako agree ako na may pagkakamali yung dalawang adjudicator.. said my teammate who was a seasoned adj himself. I guess if theres anything to salvage from the situation, its personal growth - hopefully for all those involved. It was the first time I ever contested an adjudicator for their decision, and hopefully the last time I do so with belligerence rather than empathy. I hope this will not suffice as reason for our collective vision of fostering a better circuit for the entire region to suffer, in any way. I am sorry for the way I acted, there was reason for complaint but the berating was uncalled for. The animosity began in Xavier, and I hope it ends there, as well. Overall Xavier was a great tournament - going against people I hold a deep respect for as well as people I never thought I would ever go against. Id like to thank BU for inviting me to compete for them as well as covering all my expenses (really, you shouldnt have). That is all.
