I feel more comfortable with house centipedes now.Why? They are known for their pest control properties, thet are known to eat small insects like ants, spiders and bed bugs. Some people even keep them as pets (mostly in Japan). The ones around here cant pocture Human skin but that doesnt keep me from worrying about our four-legged-furry companions. They arent poisonous to us and when they bite, only leave a small pinch maybe like a bee sting or less. Im not going to all out accept them, for they are inferior species, but they have a duty to us, and for that I respect them. They even have a cool Latin name, Scutigera coleoptrera
