I know mostly all of you have seen my competition pics by now, but I wanted to take a few moments to thank some special people in my life who made this last weekend a reality for me; Lloyd Welch: aka-silverback gorilla/ best boyfriend ever: THANK YOU for getting me into the best shape of my life! You loved me when I was larger and you still love me now. You accepted me and all my crazy little flaws from day one and that was the first step in my transformation process- feeling beautiful and gaining my self esteem back. You did that for me! When it came time to help me lose the weight you never gave up on me. Even when I would ask the stupidest questions or be a little whiner because I didnt want to do one more rep or go do 30 minutes of cardio. You held me accountable and helped my achieve my dreams. You are a wonderful man and I KNOW I couldnt have made it this far without you by my side. I love competing and sharing the stage with you. These are memories I will forever share with you and I Love you! Stephanie Williams Woods- Girl! Without your help posing I literally wouldnt have been able to compete! You helped me avoid looking like a bimbo on stage! You taught me the ropes and showed me what to do and what not to do. You were so patient with me and kind enough to answer all my questions on top of making a trip down to poky to help me practice quarter turns and how to make certain things pop. I had a blast with you! I respect and look up to you! You are an amazing person who I know will go far in this sport! Byn Pocatello- once again, thank you to my wonderful sponsors at BYN! They helped my achieve this body by providing the necessary supplements to do so. I dont have any bias opinions here because I use to shop at BYN before I even started competing or before I knew Lloyd. Kristina James & Sami Nielsen:Holy cow! Talk about inspiring women! These ladies stuck through the entire process with me and constantly held me accountable for my actions. They proved to me that anyone can do this and so when there were days I didnt feel like getting up for fasted cardio or stuffing more chicken and rice down my throat, they were always in the back of my mind. If Sami and Kristina could do this with tiny toddlers, then I had no excuse to not do it myself. I shared an amazing weekend with them and I love them with all my heart 😘 so proud of them!
