I really like my goats milk soap bars, but prefer the convenience of a liquid soap, so I decided to convert my soap bars into liquid. I made this video to show you how it turned out. I have a nanny goat that could provide milk to make this soap, but I cant catch her and even if I could, I dont imagine she would stand still long enough for me learn how to milk her. Maybe eventually, I will become super resourceful and make my soaps from fresh goats milk, but for now - its Meyenberg. Speaking of goats... I almost got stampeded by them last week. I went for my evening walk through the woods and left the gate partially open for my dog, Molly. The goats were on the other side of the woods, so I didnt think there would be any danger of them getting out. But, when they caught sight of me, they assumed I had a treat for them and headed my way. I turned and hurried towards the gate to close it. As I was trotting to the gate, I looked back and saw the billy goat leading the way, with all of the nannies right behind him charging towards me. The whole dang herd was about to catch me. I barely got out the gate and shut it before they escaped! Happy 4th to everyone!! :)
