I share this because many people believe that the problem of police brutality is just a Black issue. Obviously this guy is extremely white. I share this not to argue that police violence isnt disproportionately directed at Black Americans, because it is. I want to make the point that there are at least three issues involved. 1. We CURRENTLY live in a police state where cops can do anything and kill anyone they want with little or no accountability. (Puleez stop saying we are BECOMING a police state) 2. Many if not most white cops are racist so the police violence is disproportionately meted out to Black Americans. 3. Too many of the cops who arent racists keep their mouths shut about it thus enabling and protecting the racists. (Puleez dont tell me that the racist and violent cops are a small minority and most cops are good cops. In most police departments cops who are willing to publicly denounce the violence and racism in their departments are labelled as snitches and driven out of the police force. If this werent so, there would be less police violence and more psychopathic cops going to jail.) When police keep records of every cop thats killed in the line of duty but dont even bother to collect the number of innocent people who are killed by the police each year -- guess what? We ARE NOW LIVING in a POLICE STATE!
