I share this with my African American black family, because the message is so real. Many of our black brothers and sisters have placed themselves back on the slave market, only this time by their own choices. Our black women dont seem to think they can be artistic and creative without taking off their clothes. Imitating the long haired look of the European woman: This is why our young black females are never satisfied with themselves; black men with their breeches hanging so low, it becomes difficult to even walk with their heads up; got to keep pulling up their pants. We kill our own; we carry jealousy, envy and strife toward one another. We bootleg black films, which lowers the amount of monies the movie will take in, making it even more difficult to produce more black important films, like Selma. We are not a unified race of people; quite the opposite of other immigrants in this country. A house divided within itself will not stand. No, we did not come on our own into this country, but nevertheless it is now our home; we helped to build this country. . Will we continue to allow the Willie Lynch theory to continue to be the authority for the African American? Single moms raising and supporting their children alone; baby over here, baby over there, babies everywhere; missing their dads and wearing poor grandmas down. This generational curse of inferiority complex must stop. God created us to be better and greater. than how we are living. I say to you, my brothers and sisters until, we began to look at the woman or man in the mirror and rid ourselves of this negative living, we cannot or will not be in a position to help our people as a race. When we began to respect ourselves, then others will be forced to respect us as a people/race.
