I started with this company with 99.00 and a dream. I was a stay at home mom of 4 children and my husband worked so hard yet each and every month bills were unpaid. We were at our lowest. I had to turn to the state to get help feeding my kids and I never in a million year would have thought that would have become my life. Then one day I had a turning point of hope. I went to a wrap party with a friend. I didnt have the 25.00 to wrap ( I could feed my family for a day with that much money) so my friend paid for me to wrap. After the 45 min of wearing the wrap I was shocked. I knew in my heart I had found something that could change my family’s lives. It was hard to take the start-up money away from my family without feeling guilty, but I just knew this was something that would change the lives of so many and I could not pass the possibility by. I will not lie the first 2 months were hard. I didnt have a ton of friends or a large family to share the products with, but I didnt give up. I kept working and talking to people about the products and the wraps. After 3 months I was able to get off of all State Aid ( I cannot explain how good it felt not to get the looks and remarks at the store). In 5 months I was making both car payments and my life was changing. Christmas 2012 was a magical time for me. I was able to get my kids what they wanted and not just what I could afford. I have now been with It Works for a year and half and so much has happened. My family was able to buy a dream home over the summer and my husband is now looking forward to quitting his job next summer to stay home with us. This company has forever changed my family. I know it’s hard when you’re still at the bottom looking up, but I’m proof that this can happen to anyone with determination and goals. I was a teen mom, I grew up in a trailer park, and I only have a high school education. With this company none of that matters. You are paid for your hard work and the sky is the limit.
