I stuck to mostly body weight exercises today because after all, its like carrying a 20lb weight for every exercise!! And because its been longer than Id like to admit since Ive done my own workout in the gym. I do a lot to stay active, in my daily life and during client workouts, but lately the need for naps has been trumping gym time :) and to be honest, I dont even feel bad about it! Im trying to give my body just what it needs in these last 6 weeks. Today sure did feel good though! 2x: 12 Hip bridge 20 Plank knee taps 12 Incline push ups 12 Tricep dips 2x: 12 Squats 12 Inverted row 12/12 Cable lat raise 15/15 Side plank
