I was tagged by Jessa (and I think maybe Piper a really long time ago). The Lucky Seven challenge! Everyone tagged has to go to their WIP, go to page 7 or 77, scroll down 7 lines and copy and paste the next seven as a new post. A while back I wrote a freebie short (First Impression - https://goodreads/book/show/11390446-first-impression) that Im expanding into an online serial. “So, like I was telling you guys before...” I paused, trying not to laugh as Eli scrambled up from the floor to stare at our guest. “I gave someone a copy of our demo a little while back and he liked it.” I turned to Damon, feigning nonchalance. “Did the rest of the band like it?” “They loved it,” he said. I didnt realize how tense I was until the tightness in my shoulders eased. Maybe I was more nervous than Id let myself believe.
