If anyone receives a letter in the mail from chase from a chief executive director/officer claims anything specialist saying you account is going to be closed and to call her. DO NOT DO IT. Dont give any information. Call CHASE. Avoid these phone numbers as well, they are a scam!!! 800-359-7404 - comes up Chase Fraud The automated system will call about suspicious recent transactions. To verify they ask you to punch in debit card number. You need to verify your recent transactions. DO NOT DO IT. They personally keep trying to call and send letters to me. 210-586-3843 Lady calling to tell you that you have to verify last 3 transactions. She will give you a bogus reference number. She will then need your information. She had my address, last 4 of account number. Dont be surprised if she has yours. This is main information usually attained on systems that are easily assessible if they are hacked, such like a car payment etc etc. She will threaten to close account if you dont call back to verify. DO NOT CALL. If you dont believe me call CHASE! THEY KNOW AND ARENT SAYING ANYTHING! Just please call them first before someone takes your identity and screws you over.
