If you are fond of leaving churches because the pastor rebuked you, then setup your own church full of rebelious chaps like you. If youre fond of leaving or walking out of your parents/elders sight when rebuked, then set up your own home full of rebelious offspring like you. If youre fond of leaving firms because the boss rebuked, then set up your own firm full of rebelious employess like you, etc. My main point is dont hate to be rebuked and only love praises which arent good in excess because if you want to be praised even when youre wrong, then youre destined for decline and failure in life. And remember that what youre doing to others is a seed youre planting which you shall reap when others will be treating you the same way. I have been rebuked by my pastor even in public, Ive been rebuked & humiliated @ work, times without number my parents have rebuked me, etc. So dont be hot tempered, self_centred, stuborn trying to express youre never wrong because thaton its own is wrong. Proverbs 18:2 says, 2 Fools have no interest in understanding; they only want to air their own opinions. (NLT) Proverbs 12:1 says, To learn, you must love discipline; it is stupid to hate correction.
