If you are looking to drop dress sizes/ lose weight. It’s a lifestyle change. With diets alone you tend to deprive yourself and end up regularly falling off it. If you try to change the way you view your actual diet as in the food you eat and also exercise you are more likely to be able to lose the weight and sustain it. I am proof you can, I used to be 4 sizes bigger and 2 stone heavier in my 20s. With the right food and exercise I have maintained my weight and size for a few years now
