Library Facility Guards are temporary workers (9 months on/ 3 off) that perform the same work in the branches as our regular MG’s - cleaning and security including mowing and shoveling. Candidates must be reliable, hardworking self-starters with good people skills and preferably live in the Northeast. We have three MG vacancies in the Northeast, and right now, LFG’s are our primary means of filling these positions. If you have a friend or family member who needs a job and meets these criteria, please ask them to call HR. If you have friend or family who needs a job and does not meet these criteria, or you would not want to work with them personally, do not refer them. LFG’s are paid $15.14/hr.
