All the work listed has only a few thousand km on it. Has light dents on some panels, car park/age dents, no crash damage. Originally 320i, we have fitted a 525i engine and ecu package. The 2.5 litre engine has a fully reconditioned head, with new guides, new seals, recut seats and valves, reset clearances and fully cleaned + machined. Fitted with new timing belt and water pump kit, head and inlet gaskets etc. Run on Penrite 15w 50 race oil, bottom end has been checked by me, perfect bores, sump and block and oil pickup cleaned. This engine hasnt missed a beat since its tidy up. All unnecessary engine accessorys, vacuum and water lines are removed. No power steering or air con, good heater for winter. The exhaust has been upgraded with stainless steel extractors into a stainless steel custom made system with stainless muffler, sounds great and definately made the engine very rev happy and more torque. Cooling system has been flushed and a water temp gauge and bleed point installed, water temp is perfectly controlled. Gearbox is getrag 5 speed, with a machined flywheel and a new LUK heavy duty clutch. The rear end has been solid mounted for predictable control, and the diff has been plated and welded. The suspension has been upgraded with BC BR model gold coilovers. 6kg all round. The rear is a true coilover style rather than separate spring and shock as is normal for the e30. The front is e36 front coilover and lighter alloy M3 lower control arm with e36 M3 big brakes and 5 stud hub assembly. The lower control arm bushes have been modified to solid and better castor setting. The rear has normal e30 brakes as the car is very light, and has custom made CNC machined 4 to 5 stud hubcentric conversion spacers, using all high tensile fasteners and high grade alluminium. The interior has been stripped for light weight. This car is under 1000kg fully fuelled etc. Rear door reinforcements removed, lexan rear windows and rear quarter windows. Boot and rear seat stripped. Front seats replaced with two very light Genuine Sparco seats. A genuine OMP dished suede wheel and boss kit control the front wheels. Has a basic sound system with aux input etc Wheels - one set of genuine M3 wheels fitted with brand new Federal 595ss front tyres, Kendas on the rear. Also comes with some BMW 15s for the rear.
