If youre a women that wants to have a nice, strong (toned) upper back, a flat(er) stomach, and glutes that pop, I can help you. Im going to put 1 or 2 smallish groups together between 11am and 12:30pm. 30-40 min performance based workouts. Better alignment, stability, athleticism and cardio capacity...will be the emphasis. If you sleep, eat better and do this will you get healthier, lean(er) and look/feel fantastic? Absolutely-surely yes. There will be more of these coming in the very near future as well :)
