*Illinois* NEEDS SPECIAL HOME: Rocky Rocky will need a very unique home due to his special needs. He has a visual impairment that is currently being assessed. Rocky is house trained, gets along with all animals, and lives with a young child. Rocky can be verbal when he first approaches another dog, only because he can’t see them. Very sweet, loves to cuddle, may at times use his mouth to feel things out. Rocky was found as a puppy in the winter wandering the streets in a suburb of Chicago.
