Im gonna have a rant here about a leaflet distributor for Slimming World St Marks Newtownards. I am not sure if this was to do with this particular group but it should be a call out to all groups. At about 10:30 this morning someone was putting leaflets thru doors in my street. On leaving my house, she left my gate open , as she did every other gate on her way. I banged the window to draw her attention but as this was from upstairs she wasnt aware of where it was coming from, though she did turn around. My gripe with this ( and its as well I didnt post this at the time coz my words would have been choice ) is have a bit of common decency and close gates when you leave someones property. Why ? If the owner of that house has a dog, and unknowingly opens their front door, their dog could run out into the street. They could run off or at worst on to the road into the path of a car. Just a little bit of thought can go a long way. Dont take this personally. You arent the only ones, but I was able to get to the bible thumpers and survey numpties. Good luck and Happy New Year.
