Im trying so hard to be cool with this gluten free thing. Its starting to get to me. Im seeing less of the exciting new challenges and things to try, and more of the things I can never have again without horrible stomach cramps for days and diarrhea that smells more foul than anything Ive ever smelled. And its the knowledge that this is my life now, not something Ill get better from, that kills me. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but think about what a huge food lover and cook I am. This is like a painter starting to lose their vision, or a musician starting to go deaf. Its killing me.
