Injury Nutrition Tip #18: Rosehips, Joint Super Food! Rose hips are a nutritional POWERHOUSE for sore & arthritic joints & are one of the most clinically proven foods for reducing pain & supporting healing fo people suffering from osteoarthritis, arthritis, fibromyalgia and general muscle/joint soreness.
