It has been prophesied that the waning Christianity will be revived throughout the World not by renowned evangelists but by ordinary Filipinos. That’s why God scattered the Filipinos in every corner of the globe and we called them OFW. God has called the OFW for a cause to fulfill the mission of our Lord Jesus Christ that His Gospel be preached in all nations of the world. Overseas Filipino Workers, with your unfailing faith and love to serve you’ll be used to save the World. . For this reason, MUTUAL FRIENDS OF JESUS is launching a Prayer Fellowship to cover the world with our Global Prayer Chain. Group Prayer should be spread to restore the world that is doomed by the spirit of darkness. It is apparent the world is upside down because there is so little prayer in our life. There is so much suffering and misery in the world today because we have no more time for each other; there is no time to enjoy each other and everybody seems to be in such a terrible rush, anxious for greater riches that we have no more time for community prayer. So Let’s start the Prayer Fellowship today and share the Gospel. . Mechanics of our Prayer Fellowship: 1.) Gather at least 7 or more friends and organize a Spiritual Revival Fellowship to be held in rotation at each member’s household every Friday at 7 PM (You may adjust the place/ time/day for your convenience). 2.) Select your Prayer Fellowship leader (unit head or flock leader) . Format of the Prayer Fellowship: a.) Start the Prayer Fellowship with the Lord’s Prayer. ( All together say “Our Father…”) b.) All Sing at least 2 songs of worship and Praise c.) Bible Sharing: A member loudly read a Holy Scripture in the Bible. Before reading the Holy Scripture, the Flock Leader may prompt the group to pause for awhile to feel the presence of the Holy Spirit then all may sing “Come Holy Spirit…” After the reading, a Fellowship leader should share related reflections on the reading or share his/her personal testimony. Any member may also reflect or share his/her testimony as the need arises. d.) Prayer portion: Prayer Guide ( A.C.T.S. ) Each member should pray one at a time following the sequence below. End your prayer with “In Jesus Name. Amen” so the next member can proceed with his/her prayer. As soon as the group finishes one sequence, the flock leader may start the next prayer in the following sequence. . 1.)Adoration Prayer (Prayer for praising God) 2.)Contrition Prayer (asking for God’s forgiveness or repentance) 3.)Thanksgiving Prayer (Thanking God for whatever blessings received) 4.)Supplication Prayer (Prayer for personal intentions or request) . A Physical/Spiritual Healing Prayer Portion may be inserted before closing only when the need arises. The group will say a healing prayer while laying hands to the person who needs healing. . e.) Sing a closing song (Any Christian Praise or Worship Song.) f.) Close the Prayer Fellowship with “Our Lord’s Prayer and 3 Glory be to the Father… (All may stand forming a circle holding hands with each other while saying the Lord’s Prayer) . Pot luck is encouraged. The member host may serve simple food to be enjoyed during the fellowship. Any member may bring food if he/she wants but not all are obliged. . 3.) After organizing the Prayer Fellowship, create your Prayer Groups email address and send to us the following information at joegar1754@gmail: 1. Name of the Flock Leader 2. Name of the town or city where your Prayer Fellowship group is located 3. Name of the country . Through your Groups email address, your unit head or flock leader may email your individual prayer request to us for benediction with our Prayer Partners. By your email address, we can also keep track all prayer fellowship group locations in all corners of the globe. All group email addresses will be registered in our Covenant Registry Book. .
