It pays to stay alert as it pertains to secular government because in many cases which shifts occur therein are prophetic indicators for the people of God. For example, Caesars decree shifted Mary and Joseph into the very place where God wanted Jesus born to fulfill Bible prophecy. Certain of the acts and enactments we experience with government must be for many of them are pushing the people of God into birthing position for greater moves of God upon the earth.
