Its really upsetting that I sometimes give off the impression that I am flaky, or unreliable :( my problem is, I dont know how to say no when someone needs help. things always fall on me and im left to put the pieces together because of a lack of communication or a complete miss understanding. im always the one not sleeping or taking any time to myself, and still, I am viewed as being unreliable. sometimes its bad luck, and too many variables gone wrong with things that my process depends on, sometimes its waiting on materials or a simple confirmation. because my job is the final product, every thing that goes wrong before me is my fault :( Bottom line, I have NEVER flaked on a job in my entire life. and I dont cut corners even if I was specifically told to, and I never will. In the future, I really need to stop being so assuming and passive when it comes to time frame and what can go wrong. i need to work on my communication to clarify things better... -end of rant...
