Ive been working in retail since right after high school and I can honestly tell you that NO, the customer is not always right. Sometimes the customer is a complete ass and thats why you get bad service. You can be a bad customer. Take your anger out on the right person. This is actually a bad example since they should have just not put ketchup on the burger but the point of this is there. We work at a store. Our job is not to deal with you screaming at us, whining about prices that we dont make, or take the attitude that you should be giving to someone else. I honestly got to the point where even if Im unemployed I will not take another job at the mall. Its that bad.
