Just a few thoughts to all the other renters out there. Michael hastings in myself are lucky to have some excellent landlords. But as a process server. Ive come to see the there are some landlords that are downright bad. Unfortunately, so many foreclosure paperworks Im serving are to renters that had no idea that their landlords are a year, or even two years, behind on the mortgage payments of the property that they are renting. Just a word of advice. Be leery of any landlord that insisted on coming by to pick up the rent every month and does not give you a physical address to send the rent too.
