Lemboglossum (Rhynchostele) ehrenbergii Flower Size 2 [5 cm] Found in Mexico as a miniature to small sized, cold to cold growing epiphyte that is similar to L. rossii but much smaller with ovate to roundish, laterally compressed pseudobulbs enveloped basally by a pair of leafless sheaths and carrying an apical, single, elliptic to elliptic-lanceolate, leathery, acute, conduplicate below into the elongate, petiole-like base leaf and blooms on a basal, short to 6 [6 to 15 cm], few [1 to 3] flowered inflorescence arising with a new growth occuring in the spring.
