Letterhead Pic Barbwire Evangelism Trail Prayer Letter September - November 2013 Barbwire Happenings Along The Trail Dear Friends, It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: 2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, 3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound. 4 For thou, LORD, hast made me glad through thy work: I will triumph in the works of thy hands. Psalms 92:1-4 Happy Thanksgiving from Amarillo! Today is a special day for the gathering of the family as well as friends to enjoy the food, fellowship, blessings and the life God has given us. Many times it is only a focus on football or food, when it should be a focus on God and His greatness! We have much to be thankful for in this nation. Especially in the lives of Gods people. We want to let you know how much we thank God for you, our family and friends. We pray your day is filled with the love of our great and wonderful God! I am reminded of the times as a kid that we would go to Pappy & Grandmas or Papas to enjoy this precious time for family. The anticipation was always extremely high and we thought it took forever to reach our destination.. Then, God blessed in my life with a wonderful wife and the mother of our children. We then began to journey to our parents for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The time together was filled with food, laughter and fun fellowship. Now, we have come to that time of hosting our children and our GRANDKIDS for times of fun reflection of memories. The most important memories are of the great blessings God has bestowed upon us over the years! Sandy & I are honored to serve a great God! It is not just idle words, but the true emotions of our heart. We truly consider it an honor to serve our Heavenly Father! We have watched Him work in our lives over the years and He is a great God! We have been greatly blessed these past few months to be in some great churches in the states of Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Illinois, Ohio and Missouri. Sandy and I had the honor of ministering through song, readings and preaching. We also were privileged to be a part of some wonderful Revival Meetings! Not only were there great decisions made in the lives of Gods people, but many received Christ and were born again! Our God is an awesome God! We are looking forward to our time over the next couple of weeks in New Mexico and Arizona. We anticipate tremendous fellowship with our friends and the new friendships we will make.
