Life is ALL about perspective. One saying that helps to keep me centered is, I cursed God because I had no shoes until I saw a man with no feet. During this Holiday Season slow down and take a moment to stop and give THANKS and take a honest look at what is Stressing you. Over the Holidays we feel stressed because we have SO many gifts to buy for so many people, which tells us we have money and friends. We are stressed about what to cook, which tells us we are blessed enough to have all the food we could ever need. We are stressed about relatives coming to visit, which means we have FAMILY that have the means to travel. Id like to ask you a favor.... Over the Holidays when you are feeling STRESSED take a moment and imagine how you would sound explaining your stress and your difficult situation to the people in this video. The video is only four minutes long and if you are too busy & too stressed to watch it, I completely understand but I doubt the folks in this video would understand.
