Listen up stores in the BVI, if you want my hard earned dollars for the holiday season please come good. When I say good, I am referring to good customer service. Good quality products are welcomed as well. My biggest pet peeve is to walk in to a service establishment, particularly a store only to be ignored and treated as if I am invisible. Then, if I were to ask where I could find a particular item, to have the sales representative point me to some arbitrary direction whilst he/she remains standing in the same position, looking at me as if to ask you een see it? What is your job again?. My experience just this morning. No price on the item, had it checked at the register, go back for a similar item, again no price, called over the sales person who suddenly became a mute as he pointed to an area with a price sticker he had expected me to assume was the cost of every item on the shelf. Result: I told him what I thought of the horrible service and why I have decided to shop online. I then walked out with the $500.00 I had intended to spend buying curtains and rods. Economics 101, spend within your own economy, but until the stores correct this deficiency, please dont ask me to buy local or circulate my money here. I will spend it where I am appreciated, and where I can return faulty or broken items.
